Meal Plan & Meal Prep

Most people who train are on a meal plan and they meal prep. For one, they both save time and energy. For me, meal planning works better. I usually cook each meal the day of because I love fresh food. I am pescatarian and my son is not, so I am constantly preparing two meals. Prepping two meals takes a lot of time and energy but by me planning each meal the night before or that morning helps keep me mentally organized and it helps with me time. I think both ways work great especially for people who are constantly on the go. It helps keep you on track and also it helps you stay accountable by eating healthy meals that you already prepared. I think planning and prepping are both great ways to stay on track.
