Fuel Your Body

What are your eating habits. A lot of people can get in the gym and find a good rhythm for working out but still rarely see the results that they are looking for. I have come to realize that you're eating habits play a huge part in becoming healthy and fit. Depending on your body goals and types, you may run into some issues if not managing your meals well. A lot of people think for losing weight you have to do a lot of cardio and eat less, but that is not always the case. On the other hand, some body builders think in order to gain weight you have to eat a lot of calories and do less cardio. I look at it this way, we should always EAT TO LIVE. Think of your body like you would your car. You wouldn't put trash or sugar in your tank so why do it to your body. The more we become aware of what we are putting into our body's the healthier we will become. The more you work on bettering yourself by changing your eating habits by eating less sugar, less processed food, and things that work against you the more results you will see. Always remember, we eat to live not eat just because we are hungry. Feed your body the good stuff you deserve it.
