Sticking To The Plan

Waking up is a blessing so first let's start with that. Each morning when you wake up what is the first thing you do? Do you pray, meditate, get your thoughts in order; what are your thoughts? Having a daily routine has helped improved my life so much. Instead of lying in bed waiting for the clock to turn I now have set task that I must complete by the end of the day. It's not just something to do but it's also something to look forward too. With anything that we do, the way we view it matters. If you are looking at chores, having daily routines, and working out as punishment your body will eventually work with your mind and give up. No one wants to do what they don't want to do. So, you must learn to change the way you view things and change the way you think. Starting is easy, sticking to the plan is the goal. Learn to see things differently, learn to adapt, learn that anything worth doing is a blessing. If you woke up that's a blessing. If you can see and hear that's a blessing. You can eat and walk that's a blessing. You are blessed in so many ways. It's time to use those blessings to help create the lifestyle you know you deserve. So, no more stinking thinking, start each day with looking forward to conquering each task, each skill development, looking forward to staying healthy and just being alive. Remember you guys' mindset is key, how we think we feel. Think good think big think positive. Peace and love you guys stay well.
