I am starting to notice my actions more, being self-aware is so important but holding yourself accountable is a major key to all success. We have to be willing to take note of our unneeded behaviors, all of the behaviors that's slowing us down or standing in our way. And be willing to replace them with smarter decisions. For example, I noticed how I could eat healthy for 6 days a week but once a week "cheat meal" becomes cheat day. Having a whole day fueling my body with juice, junk, and food can take away from all of the hard work that I applied all week. Knowing this I still continued to live this way for months after becoming aware of this. I started to notice how I would feel. My mind went from "oh it's okay you deserve a break" to feeling more like a disappointment as if I do know better. It was no longer fun, but it was still tasty. Watching "From fit to fat to fit", has really changed my perspective on a lot of things. I'm now thinking of where I am and how much progress I could have if I stop giving myself short cuts. I'm not saying cut off all junk I'm just saying I am now unwilling to sacrifice all of the hard work I put in just for one day of cheating. I care more about succeeding then I do about sweets and junk food. I guess I got work to do. Let's all reach for success in all that we do. No shortcuts!
