Day 1 Action VS Words

So, this morning I decided to wake up at 5:30 getting up early has always been an issue with me. I am not your typical morning person. Last night I put out a schedule I intend on following and sticking to the task is my plan. So, after waking up at 5:30 I prayed, meditated, did yoga, and did my piano lessons way before breakfast. By the time my son was up breakfast was made and all of my morning task were done. To be honest I feel completely ahead of schedule for once. For breakfast this morning I had protein oatmeal with peanut butter and a green apple. I made my son pancakes since he OfCourse is not this fitness journey. Now off to the gym I go to do 2 hours of leg day. See you guys tonight. Let's see if sticking to a routine can help reach better results.
