Catching Feelings

Every morning as part as my daily routine I meditate for up to 30 minutes. Bringing my awareness back to myself, my life, my thoughts, my body, and my feelings. How do I feel, how do my body feel my emotions, my muscles, my thoughts what am I thinking when everything is paused and quiet. Who exactly am I and what am I here to do? These are the thought that dance throughout my mind and body as if the answers will just appear in thin air. During each meditation I sit there with myself learning myself through a totally different experience. Meditation helps me not only does it relaxes my mind and body, but I feel more connected to them as well. In this life we focus so much on the outside world, image, material, wealth, we hardly go in. I think it is so important that we give our insides the time, space, and energy that it deserves. Allowing ourselves to focus on our hearts, mind and body. The outside cant flourish if the inside environment is bad. Always remember to take care of you. you are your biggest investment.
